I am a behaviour change specialist, wellbeing advocate and founder of Float Spa Hove. Over the past decade I have delivered talks, workshops and keynote sessions across the UK to audiences ranging from intimate team groups to large-scale corporate events with more than 4,000 attendees.

My talks combine science, storytelling and simple tools people can use immediately. Whether the focus is workplace wellbeing, nutrition, mindset or sustainable habit change, my goal is always the same. To help people feel empowered, energised and able to create positive shifts in their lives.
